Our Story

Established in 1986 in the old Ford garage on Main Street in Downtown Mosinee, Forms Specialists, Inc. specialized in printing multi-part forms for pin fed printers. As the printing industry evolved, so did Forms. They expanded their offerings to include smaller print runs, fulfillment, warehousing and a multitude of other services.

On January 6, 2025, owners Tim and Sherri Kennedy made the exciting decision to pass the torch to Heidi Miller, a long-time Mosinee resident and valued team member who had worked alongside them for 15 of those years.

FSI Print & Design, LLC is thrilled to carry on the legacy built by Tim and Sherri and is eager to embrace the future with renewed energy and commitment to the Mosinee & surrounding communities.
